The board has notice some weeds in the turf in some locations around the development. These weeds are different than the crabgrass we saw last year. Brightview will come out on Monday, July 17th to perform some spot spraying to address these weeds. Signs will be posted on Friday, July 14th.

Due to the heavy rain we received today, Sunday 7/9 we will reschedule lawn cutting to Tuesday, 7/11 to allow the lawns to dry out.

Lawns were not cut as scheduled on Tuesday due to the 4th of July holiday. Instead of pushing to another day this week we will have the lawns cut on Monday, July 10th.

Due to the incredible amount (5″) of rain we received overnight we have postponed lawn cutting until Thursday or Friday.

We will skip the mowing of lawns again this week (Tuesday, June 13th) due to the lack of rain and little to no grass growth. Brightview will complete the remaining shrub trimming tomorrow.
